Job summary

Flogas is seeking an I&M Fulfilment Planner to coordinate civil work installations from planning to commissioning. You will schedule non-crane vehicle jobs, manage engineers’ holidays and standby, and ensure paperwork and data are processed promptly.

You will build strong relationships with engineers and customers, maintain SLAs, and order materials to keep projects on track. A proactive, flexible approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Be able to build strong working relationships with engineers.
• Good organisational skills.
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate to Flogas employees on all levels.
• Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise.
• Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
• Be able to work outside normal working hours, when the business requires.
• Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of all non-crane vehicle jobs through in-house scheduling system in accordance with company SLA’s
• Managing the Engineers holidays and standby requirements
• Ensuring the timely processing of completed work order paperwork and critical data
• Raising of additional work orders from completed work
• Ensure work is completed to agreed department SLA
• Ensure that all materials for the work have been ordered
