Job summary

Flogas is looking for an I&M Fulfilment Planner to manage civil work installations and commissioning. You will support administration and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring timely completion and accurate paperwork.

The role requires good organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with staff and customers, including outside normal hours when required. Join a growing team investing in renewable energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Be able to build strong working relationships with engineers.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of all non-crane vehicle jobs through in-house scheduling system in accordance with company SLA’s.
• Managing engineers' holidays and standby requirements.
• Ensuring timely processing of completed work order paperwork and critical data.
• Raising of additional work orders from completed work.
• Ensure work is completed to agreed department SLA.
• Ensure that all materials for the work have been ordered.
