Job summary

Flogas Britain is seeking a Crane Vehicle Scheduler to coordinate installation and upgrade activity for Bulk LPG sites across the business. You’ll liaise with engineers, suppliers and site teams, manage Hiab resources, and ensure service levels are met.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to work outside normal hours with a positive, flexible attitude. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Be able to build strong working relationships with suppliers and engineers.
• Good organisational skills.
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate to Flogas employees on all levels.
• Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise.
• Be able to work outside normal working hours, when the business requires.
• Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all time.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all Hiab Resources using in-house scheduling software in line with company SLA's
• Managing appointment times with customer
• Manage around Engineer & Hiab holidays and standby requirements
• Work to assigned service level agreements
• Managing Contractors Workloads
• Ordering tanks
