Job summary

Flogas, part of the DCC Group, is recruiting a Crane Vehicle Scheduler to coordinate Hiab scheduling and installation activities across its LPG sites. You will liaise with engineers, suppliers and customers, while supporting maintenance and upgrade projects.

You’ll manage holidays, standbys and SLA targets, ensuring smooth operation and timely deliveries. This role offers training, benefits and opportunities to develop with a national energy team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Hiab resources using in-house software in line with SLA's.
• Coordinate appointments with customers and engineers.
• Manage engineer and Hiab holidays and standby requirements.
• Work to service level agreements and balance contractor workloads.
• Order tanks and support installation and upgrade projects.

How you’ll power our business as a Crane Vehicle Scheduler

As a Crane Vehicle Scheduler, you will report into the I&M Scheduling Manager. You will be responsible for effectively liaise with team members and other departments within Flogas relating to any installation issues. You will assist with the administration of the installation and upgrade of Bulk LPG sites and provide adhoc cover for sickness and holiday amongst the crane schedulers.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

• Schedule all Hiab Resources using in-house scheduling software in line with company SLA's
• Managing appointment times with customer
• Manage around Engineer & Hiab holidays and standby requirements
• Work to assigned service level agreements
• Managing Contractors Workloads
• Ordering tanks

• Be able to build strong working relationships with suppliers and engineers
• Good organisational skills
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate to Flogas employees on all levels
• Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise
• Be able to work outside normal working hours, when the business requires
• Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all time
