Your responsibilities will include managing the Fulfilment team, ensuring accurate stock counts, and maintaining documentation for outgoing goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and at least one year of experience in a warehouse setting. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to enhance performance and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year plus experience within a warehouse would be desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager and team in driving sales and growth.
• Maintain oversight of accurate stock and location counts.
• Ensure all goods leaving Fulfilment have correct documentation.
• Manage the Fulfilment team and evaluate resources.
• Train fulfilment staff on MIS system.
