Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-based roles.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy and use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use app to update customer deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift vehicle inspection.
• Drive safely and legally.
• Refuel and maintain the van as needed.
• Report discrepancies or delays to the office.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Assist office and picking teams as needed.
• Report health and safety or stock issues.
• Help out other team members when required.
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet drops.
