Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a part-time delivery driver for 32 hours per week across 4 days in 6, including bank holidays. You will deliver frozen meals to customers, pick orders in our coldstore, and use our app to update deliveries.

Protective clothing is provided for -20ºC environments and there are opportunities to move between teams for development. You will need a valid UK manual driving licence, strong customer service skills, basic IT skills, and a stable

Qualifications

• Essential: Customer service experience, Full UK Manual Driving Licence, Basic computer literacy, Evidence of work stability, Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
• Pick orders within the coldstore
• Use app to update customer deliveries
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of the van
• Drive safely and within the law
• Refuel/clean the van as needed
• Contact office with discrepancies or delays
• Ensure customer confidentiality
• Support office and picking teams as required
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
• Assist team when others are absent
• Carry out local marketing activities to attract new customers
