Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a delivery driver to transport frozen meals to customers across the UK. Working 40 hours per week across five in six days, this role involves operating in a -20ºC coldstore with provided protective clothing and breaks to warm up.

You will interact with customers and support office and picking teams, with a driving assessment and DBS checks before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking orders within the coldstore.
• Using our app to update customers deliveries.
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as and when needed.
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
• Assist the team when required.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Carry out local marketing activities to attract new customers.
