Job summary

apetito UK is seeking a part-time delivery driver for Wiltshire Farm Foods meals, delivering to customers and bringing sunshine to their doors. The role includes working in a -20ºC coldstore with provided protective clothing, and joining a supportive team across office and picking operations.

You must have a UK manual driving licence, basic computer skills, and a reliable work history. Competitive pay and company benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use app to update customer deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as needed.
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Help the office team and picking team when required.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Assist the team if another member is absent or on holiday.
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers.
