The Role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations to enhance performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting team development and maintaining high standards
• Is prepared to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
