Job summary

WithYou is seeking a Recovery Worker in Shrewsbury to provide high‑quality recovery care and support to clients. You will be the first point of contact, handle referrals and assessments, and cover staff absence while delivering intervention and care coordination.

The role is full time (37.5 hours, Mon-Fri) with occasional Saturdays. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. Salary starts at £26,250 and rises to £30,900 with progression.
