Job summary

WithYou is seeking a Recovery Worker in Shropshire to provide high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group. You will manage an active caseload, build meaningful relationships, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred support across rural South Shropshire.

The role is full-time and based in Bridgnorth with a 37.5 hour week. Starting salary is £26,250 per annum, rising to £30,900 with pay progression bands.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice, or motivation for working in the drug and alcohol sector.
• Ability to carry out comprehensive assessments, assess risk, devise care plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload across Shropshire, providing continuity of care through effective partnership working.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the local community.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality recovery care.
• Ensure clients are treated with respect and dignity and receive person-centred support.
