Job summary

Join WithYou as a Recovery Worker in Shrewsbury. You will support clients to identify goals, develop support plans, and move towards a more stable future as part of the Reset team.

This full-time, fixed-term role runs until March 2028. Some Saturdays are required; you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. Salary starts at £26,250 and rises to £30,900 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or related settings.
• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Excellent organisational skills and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to identify goals and develop tailored support plans.
• Provide holistic wraparound support and coordinate care with multi-agency partners.
• Manage an active caseload and build trusting relationships with clients.
