Job summary

WithYou is seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to support clients in South Shropshire, based around Bridgnorth. The role offers 37.5 hours per week, with some Saturday work on a rota.

You will manage a varied caseload, deliver care plans and work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality recovery services. The successful candidate will have experience in health or social care, a compassionate approach and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or related setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Strong organisational skills and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload across towns and villages in South Shropshire.
• Coordinate care through effective partnership working and intervention delivery.
• Deliver assessments, create care plans and provide evidence-based interventions.
