Job summary

Your Housing Group in Lancashire is seeking a Housing and Customer Service Coordinator to support Older Peoples Service sites in Lytham and across Lancashire. You will be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, delivering a high quality housing management service and helping residents to live independently.

Key duties include letting properties from enquiry to move-in, safety and safeguarding checks, tenancy management including enforcement and anti-social behaviour resolution,

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management and tenancy management principles.
• Proven ability to deliver exemplary customer service, ideally to older people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel between sites and work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Letting properties from enquiry through to customers moving into their new home.
• Regular checks to ensure the safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of customers.
• Effective tenancy management including enforcement and investigation of low level anti-social behaviour to resolution.
• Maintaining a positive climate for resident engagement through meetings, surgeries and feedback.
