Job summary

Your Housing Group in Lancashire is seeking a Housing and Customer Service Coordinator to deliver a high-quality, customer‑focused housing management service for older people across schemes in Lytham and the wider Lancashire region.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, letting properties, performing safety checks, managing tenancies (including enforcement when needed), and supporting resident engagement through meetings and feedback.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housing management legislation and tenancy principles.
• Experience delivering exemplary customer service, ideally to older people.
• Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people.
• Willingness to travel between sites and adopt a flexible, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Letting properties from enquiry through move-in.
• Regular checks to ensure safety and safeguarding of customers.
• Effective tenancy management including enforcement and addressing low-level anti-social behaviour.
• Maintaining a positive climate for resident engagement via meetings and feedback.
