Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Housing and Customer Service Coordinator to support older people across Lancashire, with the role based in the North West region.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, handling a range of housing management queries and helping residents live independently in safe, comfortable homes. Excellent communication and travel between sites are required to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exemplary customer service, ideally to older people.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
• Knowledge of housing management legislation and tenancy principles is beneficial.
• Ability to travel between sites and maintain a proactive, flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Let properties from enquiry through to move-in.
• Carry out regular safety, wellbeing and safeguarding checks.
• Provide effective housing management including tenancy enforcement when needed and addressing low-level anti-social behaviour to resolution.
• Support resident engagement by leading customer meetings, housing surgeries and responding to feedback.
