Your Housing Group in Lancashire is seeking a front-line Housing and Customer Service Coordinator to deliver a high-quality housing management service for older people, covering schemes in Lytham and surrounding areas. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, handling enquiries, letting properties, safety checks, tenancy management and engagement activities with residents.

The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £26,250–£29,000 depending on

• Knowledge of housing management legislation and tenancy principles.
• Experience delivering exemplary customer service, ideally to older people.
• Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people.
• Willingness to travel between sites and adopt a flexible, proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Let properties from enquiry to move-in.
• Conduct regular safety and safeguarding checks.
• Manage tenancy matters including enforcement and resolving low-level ASB.
• Engage with residents through meetings and feedback channels to improve service.
