Job summary

Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a self-motivated Customer Support Officer to support the Environment, Roads and Facilities department in delivering first-class customer service to residents and visitors in Colwyn Bay.

Key duties include providing accurate, empathetic advice, acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, and collaborating with team members daily to help achieve team goals. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

• To provide accurate, meaningful and consistent advice to customers
• To listen patiently and demonstrate empathy with the customer’s situation and convey a genuine desire to help and support
• First point of contact for all customer enquiries
• Actively work with team members on a daily basis to reach team goals and provide support to other team members
