Job summary

Chapeltown Citizens Advice is seeking an Initial Assessor in Leeds for a 36.25-hour week, fixed-term until 30 September 2027. The role is office-based and salary is £23,953 with a 5% pension contribution. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries with strong communication and computer literacy to help deliver high-quality advice across Leeds.

The service operates 9am–5pm, and the post requires proactive, motivated teamwork to meet targets in a busy setting.
