Bradford and Airedale Citizens Advice & Law Centre is seeking a friendly Client Services Officer who will be the first point of contact for clients and external stakeholders across face-to-face, telephone and digital channels.

You will provide cover for the busy reception, support drop-in sessions, process referrals, and help manage a varied workload with confidentiality and a can-do attitude.
