Chapeltown Citizens Advice is seeking an Initial Assessor in Leeds for a 36.25-hour week, fixed-term until 30 September 2027. Location: Chapeltown, Leeds
Purpose of post: You will be the first point of contact for clients who contact us. This is a busy service, prioritising callers from across Leeds or via our face to face drop in service. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player who can help drive forward the service. You will have effective communication skills and an ability to work proactively to our targets, both individually and within a team, along with being able to demonstrate effective computer literacy
Hours per week: 36.25 hours per week
Type of contract: Fixed Term to 30/09/27 with potential to extend
