Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 financial services industry and exposure to secured lending, prime services or agency lending.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Management and Sales & Trading to support financing transactions and post-trade lifecycle events across Prime Services and Secured Financing products.
• Support activities including returns, recalls, buy-ins, and contract comparisons.
• Liaise with Front Office and Operations to monitor daily processes and coordinate issue resolution.
• Monitor trade activity, settlements, and financing positions to ensure proper booking and settlement.
• Assist onboarding for new borrower accounts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Respond to client, broker, and internal inquiries with exceptional service.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies in trade and financing records.
• Assist in client and management reporting on financing activity and collateral.
