Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years in financial services with exposure to secured lending or prime services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Very strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Management and Sales & Trading to support financing transactions and post-trade lifecycle events across Prime Services and Secured Financing products.
• Coordinate with teams on returns, recalls, buy-ins, contract compare, corporate actions, collateral inquiries, trade matching and settlement monitoring.
• Liaise with Front Office and Operations to monitor daily processes, resolve breaks, and manage escalations.
• Monitor trades, settlements and financing positions to identify exceptions and ensure proper booking and settlement by deadlines.
• Assist onboarding activities for new borrower accounts and ensure trading readiness and operational support.
• Respond to client, broker and internal inquiries on financing transactions and collateral discrepancies with exceptional service.
