Job summary

State Street in London is seeking a Front Office Trading Services Officer to support Client Management and Sales & Trading across Execution, Financing and Clearing. The role offers exposure to trading support, onboarding projects and collaboration with operations and technology teams.

You will learn rapidly, communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with in-office presence required to engage with desks and counterparties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years in financial services, exposure to secured lending, prime services or agency lending preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financing transactions and post-trade lifecycle events across Prime Services and Secured Financing.
• Assist with returns, recalls, buy-ins, corporate actions, collateral inquiries, trade matching, and settlement monitoring.
• Liaise with Front Office and Operations to monitor daily processes and resolve issues.
• Respond to client, broker, and internal inquiries while providing exceptional client service.
• Perform reconciliations and data quality reviews of trade and financing records.
