Job summary

State Street Corp is seeking a proactive Front Office Trading Services professional in London to support Agency Lending, working with Client Management and Sales & Trading teams. The role requires in-office presence and collaboration across Trading, Risk, Technology and Operations to ensure accurate processing and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 12+ financial services industry experience with exposure to secure lending, prime services or agency lending.
• Client facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Agency Lending Trading desks to support lifecycle management of securities lending transactions.
• Manage daily front-office support activities including rate break resolution, contract comparison, loan amendments and trade cancellations.
• Review and resolve trade discrepancies, settlement issues, collateral exceptions, and counterparty inquiries.
• Serve as primary escalation point for Agency Lending trade support matters.
• Monitor loan activity around key market events to mitigate client and business risk.
• Oversee loan recalls, returns, and inventory-related adjustments for client liquidity needs.
