State Street Corp. is seeking a proactive Front Office Trading Services (EFC) professional to support Prime/Equity Swaps in the London office. You will partner with Client Management and Sales & Trading to manage operational lifecycle and resolve trade-related issues while engaging with technology and operations teams.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, in-office presence, and a willingness to learn and adapt within Execution, Financing and Clearing businesses.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years in financial services industry exposure recommended, especially equity swaps-related experience.
• Client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operational lifecycle from settlement to maturity for financing activities.
• Monitor financing rates, spreads, and fees against terms; escalate discrepancies.
• Act as primary liaison between Front Office and Operations, coordinating issue resolution across desks.
• Provide intraday/overnight position information and flag anomalies.
• Produce client and management reporting on financing activity and collateral.
