OSTTRA is seeking a Client Services professional in London to support a global client base of banks, hedge funds, and asset managers. You will handle onboarding, access management, trade workflows, and issue resolution while collaborating with Commercial, Product, Technology, and Sales teams.

The role emphasizes effective communication, problem-solving, and delivering positive client outcomes across a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships as the face of global Client Services.
• Act as escalation point for initiatives or projects from a Client Services perspective.
• Communicate incident status to clients and relay enhancement requests to Product/Tech teams.
• Coordinate across the global Client Services team for consistent client outcomes.
• Participate in initiatives by testing system enhancements and tracking issues.
• Manage operational queries related to access, workflows, and errors; coordinate with internal teams.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting; escalate complex issues for deep-dive analysis.
• Deliver training and demonstrations to new clients and team members.
• Provide onboarding and user acceptance testing support by configuring platforms.
