Job summary

Clear Street is seeking an Electronic Sales Trader & Client Support professional to join our London team. You will own real-time client support for our electronic execution platform across equities and options, interfacing with sales, technology and traders.

You will advise on algorithmic usage, drive issue resolution, and help expand our electronic client franchise while maintaining exceptional service and clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an equity/options algorithmic trading platform in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure and execution metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support across the algorithmic execution platform for equities and options.
• Serve as liaison between technology, support and sales to deliver outstanding client service.
• Identify and triage technical issues, coordinating across teams to resolve incidents.
