Job summary

Schonfeld is seeking an experienced Front Office Support Engineer in London to join a global team embedded with Portfolio Management and Trading. You’ll be the first point of contact for troubleshooting, resolving real-time trading issues across OMS/EMS and proprietary tools, and driving improvements in monitoring and incident response.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in financial services supporting traders/PMs
• Experience with OMS/EMS/PMS trading stacks
• Experience supporting front office vendor trading systems (Portware, Enfusion, Neovest)
• Knowledge of equities, futures, FX or options trading strategies
• Experience with FIX, market data vendors (Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv) and broker algos
• Strong communication to translate complex issues to non-technical users
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and drive root-cause analysis
• Proven ownership and delivery track record
