Job summary

State Street is seeking a Transaction Management Officer to join our Middle Office Services team in the UK. You will oversee day-to-day trade confirmations, processes, settlements, and client reporting for premier investment management clients, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely responses to client inquiries, logging and resolving issues, and supporting quarterly broker reviews, while upholding SLAs and risk controls.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred; minimum of Associates degree.
• Understanding of the Investment Management industry.
• Understanding of Investment Manager Operations, particularly around processes and key deliverables.
• Proven ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Good understanding of State Street operations - technical, systems, policies and procedures - is an advantage.
• PC skills with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Comfortable in speaking English & Japanese on a daily basis.
• Requires Business Japanese / Advanced English.
