Job summary

Accor in Reading is seeking a front-of-house team member to provide efficient guest registration and departure, handle calls on the switchboard, and uphold guest confidentiality and safety. Ideal candidates have retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a positive, can-do attitude.
