Job summary

Accor is seeking friendly hospitality professionals in Greater London to maintain exceptional guest service across hotel departments. You will respond to guest needs, communicate across teams, and deliver memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

We value an upbeat, proactive personality, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible hours from Monday to Sunday. Salary is paid hourly with bonus opportunities and hotel staff benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required.
• Deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests.

• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests, making all guests experience positive.
• Are a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required.

Must be legally eligible to work in UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization.

Salary: £14.80per hour + Bonus
