Job summary

Ibis Reading is seeking a friendly front desk associate to deliver efficient guest check-in and check-out, and to keep accurate accounts and helpful information for guests.

You will answer calls on the switchboard professionally, uphold guest confidentiality, and enjoy Accor benefits including free UK hotel nights, restaurant discounts, and global rates.

• Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
