Job summary

Accor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Breakfast Team Member to join the hotel dining team. You will ensure clear communication between guests and hotel departments and deliver warm, memorable service to every guest, helping to create a welcoming start to their day.

You will work with a cheerful, proactive team to maintain high service standards, keep areas tidy, and uphold hygienic food service practices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication channels between hotel guests and all hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required.
• Deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests.
• Connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests, making all guests experience positive.
• Be a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.

As our Breakfast Team Member , you…

• Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required.
• Deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests.

• Full Flexible working between Monday to Sunday.
• Must be legally eligible to work in UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization.
• Job Type: Zero Hours/Part- Time
• Salary: £14.80per hour + Bonus
