Delta Hotels By Marriott Tudor Park Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Assistant Manager to lead the reception team and drive service excellence within a busy hotel environment.

You will work closely with the Front Office Manager, set high standards, and support team development to deliver memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure while ensuring smooth operations 40+ hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar hotel leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Manager in daily reception and front office operations.
• Lead and supervise the front office team to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Oversee check-in/check-out, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Revenue teams to maximise room readiness and occupancy.
• Assist with training, staffing, and shift planning to maintain service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
