Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club in Kent is seeking an Event Executive to join our Sales Team. You will guide clients from first inquiry through to fully executed events, delivering warm hospitality and seamless experiences.

The role focuses on building relationships, presenting bespoke packages, coordinating show rounds, and upselling catering and accommodation to maximise revenue while ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients daily to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Foster lasting relationships ensuring service quality and repeat bookings.
• Act as primary contact for clients, explaining hotel facilities clearly.
• Upsell food, beverage, and accommodation to maximise revenue.
• Conduct hotel show rounds for prospective clients and showcase facilities.
• Create bespoke event packages for corporate, social and private events.
• Prepare client quotations, proposals, contracts, and BEOs with accuracy.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to maintain a cohesive working environment.
• Provide essential administrative support to Sales & Marketing.
