PPHE Hotel Group's art'otel Hoxton is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to supervise daily front desk operations and guest services. You will lead by example, train and motivate team members, and ensure seamless check-in/out experiences for guests in a busy London hotel.

The role requires strong knowledge of Front Office procedures, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera, and hands-on leadership. A customer-centric approach and calm professionalism are essential.
