art’otel London Battersea Power Station is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to manage a 40-hour work week at the Battersea Power Station location. You will lead the front office team, ensure guest needs are met, and maintain smooth operations with strong knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office.

The role offers incentives and a vibrant hospitality environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, train staff, and uphold professional standards while delivering exceptional service in a premium hotel

Qualifications

• Front office leadership experience in hotel setting.
• Excellent guest service orientation and communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Opera knowledge.

Salary: £14.89 per hour plus incentive (10% of room upgrade, £1 per breakfast voucher and £2 per restaurant voucher)

Key responsibilities

• Have excellent detailed knowledge of front office operations in a hotel
• Ensure guests’ needs are satisfactorily met
• Play a hands‑on role leading by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Opera
• Take ownership of challenging situations with professionalism and calm
• Prior experience as a Front Office Supervisor/Team Leader, Reception Supervisor, or Receptionist in a hotel
