art’otel London Battersea power station is seeking a Reception Manager with a passion for exceptional guest service. You will oversee the front office, ensuring a warm welcome and high standards throughout every stay.

Lead and coach the front office team, align with financial and service targets, and help create a truly creative hospitality environment. Night shift coverage may be required to support operations.

We are looking for a Reception Manager with a passion and skills set for exceptional Customer Service and who:

• Have excellent detailed knowledge of Front Office operations
• Oversee the reception operations, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay
• You will liaise with the team to ensure guest satisfaction, financial goals and responsible business targets are met
• Empower your team by providing an inspiring service culture through briefings, team meetings and coaching
• Play a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members and providing an inspiring service culture.
• Be flexible in working hours and willing to cover night shifts when required to support the operation.
• Clearly communicate both operational and strategic information, ongoing customer feedback and ensure team members are trained and developed
