Job summary

Celtic Manor Resort in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Front of House Supervisor for Tŷ Hotel Magor to lead the Front of House during shifts and shape unforgettable guest experiences from check-in to check-out. The role requires a confident, people-first leader with strong operational Rooms Division experience, calm under pressure, and the ability to coach a team.

Opera PMS experience is a bonus and training will be provided.
