We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team.
The Role
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard in order to deliver exceptional customer service to Guests.

The Person
As well as having previous experience in a similar role, we look for a Supervisor to have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
