What You Will Be Doing

  • Supervise the Front Office team on duty, ensuring the smooth running of the shift and being present to support as and when required
  • Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties
  • Monitor room availability by room type and to make appropriate adjustments in order to avoid overbooking, keeping control of the out of service and out order rooms
  • Ensure groups, special requests and group allocations are carried out and all relevant departments are informed
