Klarent Hospitality Limited in the UK is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee staff performance, and maximise occupancy while promoting hotel services. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with experience in PMS systems and sales-focused operations.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and front desk software (PMS and ONQ).
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate front office staff
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
• Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with focus on continuous improvement
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance of front office team
• Maintain office supplies and appearance of the front desk area
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks
