Klarent Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our UK hotels.

The role requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication, and the ability to support the F&B Manager in daily operations while upholding health and safety standards. Training and progression opportunities are available in a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy F&B operation ideal but not essential
• Strong customer service ethos and effective communication
• Willing to adapt and develop

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to guests with a friendly and informed approach
• Assist with guest service ensuring efficient, professional service at all times
• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department
• Maintain strong knowledge of the hotel’s products and standards
• Ensure Health and Safety / Food compliance is adhered to
