DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, supervise staff, and manage budgets and reports.

This Permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week with competitive remuneration and excellent benefits, including staff discounts and progression opportunities. The hotel is located in Bristol, within easy reach of major routes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate front office staff
• Ensure high levels of guest or client satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
• Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance of front office team
• Maintain office supplies and appearance of the front desk area
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks
