Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B outlets and develop a high-performance team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional service for guests while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards within a well-known hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the high quality and performance of all food and beverage outlets.
• Recruit, train and manage the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of excellent service and teamwork.
• Manage department budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure all customers receive an exceptional standard of service.
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering of supplies, and stock control to minimize waste.
