DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will drive guest satisfaction and oversee daily operations at the Bristol North property.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a focus on sales with up-selling opportunities. This permanent, full-time position offers opportunities for growth within Klarent Hospitality’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and front desk software (PMS and ONQ).
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front office staff.
• Ensure high levels of guest or client satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
• Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance of front office team.
• Maintain office supplies and appearance of the front desk area.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks.
