Doubletree by Hilton Bristol North is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting the F&B department to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate is friendly, resilient, and committed to high standards of service. Experience in a busy F&B operation is ideal but not essential, with opportunities to adapt and develop within the hotel group.

The Role:

• To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• To assist with the service of our guests, thus ensuring all guests receive efficient, professional service at all times and exceeding their expectations.
• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department
• Have a strong knowledge of the Hotel’s products and standards
• Ensuring all Health and Safety/ Food compliance is adhered to
