Job summary

MOBOLISE is seeking a Manchester-based Workspace Experience Lead to oversee premises, front‑of‑house operations, and site services. You will coordinate with vendors, events, and internal teams to deliver a seamless workplace experience.

You will support the Workspace Operations Manager with planning, space layout checks, and onsite branding tasks, ensuring clear communication and efficient service across regional sites including the Manchester Office & Warehouse.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines across sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and help desk systems is a plus.
• Proactive in identifying issues and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for premises queries and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and visitors for on-site events and reception coverage.
• Support workspace operations with space planning, moves, and updating floor plans.
